Collection of Service Charges
Service charges may be paid directly into our client bank account, sent by cheque or paid in person at our office in Enfield. We liaise with the lessees to chase payments and issue all reminder and legal correspondence at the relevant stages on behalf of the company. Legal action may be pursued where a lessee defaults and again we will guide the company's directors at every step of the process.
Buildings Insurance
One of the main purposes of service charge funds is to cover Buildings Insurance for each block that is managed. Policies can cover damage to fixtures and fittings in the event of fire, flood, burglary etc. Buildings insurance is an essential prerequisite of most homeowner mortgages and managed centrally brings benefits in reduced cost and administration.

AGMs and Director's Meetings
Our staff have experience in arranging, attending and running Annual General Meetings and can attend director's meetings on request. Meeting notes will be taken and circulated. We are happy to provide advice and guidance to residents at these sessions and answer any questions about management or proposed works.
Safety & Security
From installing a door entry phone system or parking barrier, to arranging a clamping scheme, to managing the issue and replacement of keys for communal entrances we have preferred contractors with whom we work very closely to give you as fast and efficient a service as possible.
Signage can be supplied and fitted regarding non-smoking areas, refuse collection, parking restrictions or use of communal gardens.
We also arrange routine, Health and Safety, Asbestos, Water, Electrical and Gas Safety Inspections as necessary to ensure all communal parts are fully compliant with necessary UK Health and Safety Regulations.
