Submission of non-resident landlords receipts to HMRC:
£50 (Inc VAT) quarterly or as otherwise agreed.

To remit and balance the financial return to HMRC quarterly – and respond to any specific query relating to the return from the landlord or HMRC:

Arrangement fee for refurbishments over £500        
12% of net cost plus VAT

Arranging access and assessing costs with contractor.  Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specification of works.  Retaining any warranty or guarantee as a result of any works.

Obtaining more than two contractors quotes (if not part of the overall fee for refurbishment works but excludes compilation of written works specification)                                    
£250 (Inc VAT) per 2 quotes

Renewal Fee (landlords share): Nil

Court Attendance: £350 (Inc VAT) per day plus travelling costs

Providing an annual summary of Income & Expenditure: £150 plus VAT per statement

Before you move in:
Set up fee (tenant’s share)    £120 plus VAT for up to one tenant plus one guarantor.

Referencing the tenant (identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement.

Additional tenant fee: £120 plus VAT per tenant

Processing the application, associated paperwork and referencing.

Guarantor fee: £120 plus VAT per guarantor (if required)

Covering credit referencing and preparing a Deed of Guarantee as part of the Tenancy Agreement.
