Block Management & Estate Management
Appointed to administer the day to day running of a block of flats, from the setting of service charge budgets to the collection of service charges.
Maintaining proper accounting records in nominated and protected bank accounts, the individual management records are always available for inspection. Such records being available for independent audit should the management company lease so desire.
