What do we use your data for?
When you use our Contact Form to send us a message, it sends an e-mail with the details you enter. This will be stored and used the same as any other e-mails we receive, for the purpose of answering your enquiry. There is no sharing of information with any third party.
If you tick the box to Register your details, we will use the information to help find you a suitable property.
If you subscribe to our Mailing List, you will be notified of new commercial properties or important updates by e-mail. We anticipate this to be no more frequently than weekly.
We may store any of the data collected in a database or other electronic repository, for the purpose of matching customers to properties or for general analysis and research such as monitoring the type of enquiries we are receiving and from where.
Statistics and Analysis
We use the log files generated on our web server as part of our internal analysis of the site's utilisation. Your IP address is recorded but is not traceable to you personally. It is used primarily for determining which countries or regions our traffic is coming from, to track how many new visits we receive per month and page popularity.
