This website is the property of AEM Properties. You are allowed to copy from it for your own personal use but not for it to be used publicly or for any other reason without prior written consent.
Equally, you may not link to this site without formal authorisation in writing.
All emails are virus-checked in and out. Any incoming mail found to be holding a virus will be automatically deleted. If a virus should trick its way through we will not be held responsible for the failure of anyone else's system to catch them when making a download from our site.

- No tests have been carried out of any of the services which may serve the property such as heating, power supplies, lighting, fire or security alarms etc, and therefore no warranty is given that they are in satisfactory working condition or comply with the appropriate regulations.
- All rentals and prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (if chargeable).
